When I had arrived at The Cozy Cupboard, all I saw on the outside was a house. But, when I went inside, it was a beautiful area with the perfect lighting and lots of tables that could fit many people. They service was also amazing as they greeted us warmly, and came to check in on us every so often.

The selection of tea wasn’t very wide, but, the tea itself was very high quality and I enjoyed that very much. The scones were very big, and quite warm, but very delicious. They had given us loads of preserves, and being that one huge clotted cream fan, I obviously loaded up on a lot of clotted cream. The finger sandwiches were actually not as delicious as I had expected. I really had one favourite out of all the ones they gave me, (but it’s not personal at all, i just happen to enjoy one sandwich more than the others). It was the sandwich that included the cucumber and the cream. Onto desserts! They had given us the options of choosing different cakes and pies. (For example, cheesecake, chocolate, key lime, etc.) I chose a cheesecake, and to be honest, it wasn’t amazing, but it also wasn’t terrible. It somehow had a hint of cinnamon.

The food variety was very wide. I remember one of my family members getting a salad and a soup. Looking on the website, there were also quiches and crepes. Of course the price of all these foods were quite fair for the quality.

My family and I recently went to Teaberry’s to enjoy a new Afternoon Tea experience.

The selection of tea is amazing and there are so many different and unique flavors to choose from. I was also quite impressed with the scones. There were some plain one, and other ones with dried fruit inside.

The finger sandwiches were very interesting. My personal favorite had sliced cucumber on the top. The pastries were delicious, and very unique. I really enjoyed the mini biscuits with dried fruit and white chocolate.

The fine china there was beautiful and extremely delicate which made the tea experience even more enjoyable. The menu had a huge variety of different tea sets, and the bright ambience made it easier to see everything.

I highly suggest  you come to Teaberry’s for your Afternoon Tea experience.

My family and I recently went to the Ritz-Carlton in New York for Afternoon Tea. To be honest, it wasn’t up to my likings.

The tea, was quite enjoyable, and they had very unique flavors. And, the service was also very helpful. They were sweet and kind, and came back to check on us every so often in case you needed something.

Well, if you’re talking about ambiance, not so much of a walk in the park. The lighting in the room was kind of dark, so it was very difficult to see things. It was also a bit loud and noisy. The finger food and scones weren’t as delicious as I would have hoped. I don’t know if that was just the tea selection we picked, or if it’s like that with everything, but, it wasn’t as tasty as we would have hoped.

The view was supposed to be of Central Park, but we mainly got a view of the busy road in front of it, and not much of a relaxing time.

I wouldn’t suggest you going to the Ritz-Carlton for Afternoon Tea, but the hotels seem to be just fine.

I love the Chauncey. Their afternoon tea is absolutely amazing, and the service is great. Their tea and snacks are delicious, and between you and me, the cream for the scones had to be the best dipping sauce.

At the beginning, we had to choose our tea. So, they were extremely creative and put the tea leaves in files so that you could smell them and decide your tea. I think the friends and family that I went with all really enjoyed that process. Like I mentioned before, I think it was a very creative way to choose tea.

While we were there and waiting for the tea to arrive, we had nice and enjoyable conversations, and we were all very excited for this moment. The scenery was very nice, and the ambiance was very calm, soothing and just made you happy all over.

The tea was just delicious, and the finger food was just as good. Even though this was my first High Tea experience, it was very enjoyable. It may seem quite quiet and subtle, it’s very exciting. It’s so amazing there, that it made me want to o back right when we left!

I definitely recommend this place for your first high tea experience, or for a party that is celebrating something special.

Just the thought of it is mesmerizing. Imagine yourself sitting in plush deep red velvet booths, staring up at the intricate patterns on the muted gold ceilings.  At the Georgian restaurant in Harrods, you are posed with the sophisticated challenge of selecting the perfect tea from a choice of dozens of exotic flavors coming from around the world. After a batter of eyes, you find the next moment to be completely surrounded by colorful mouth-watering delicately designed pastries plopped onto shiny silver cupcake servers. The small pieces of edible gold sprinkled on the frosting. The creamy sauces and rich butter having soft scones being dipped into them. Doesn’t that just sound scrumptious and stupendous? That was my experience over the last spring break on my trip to London, England.
